Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any bespoke products.
You have the right to return goods (except cut fabric and bespoke items) in perfect condition within 7 days receipt of your order otherwise refunds will not be issued. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Full payment less delivery costs and any duty charged will be refunded to you. Please note all goods being sent back to Mkira are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit, so please use a secure service when returning goods. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.
We endeavour to check all of our products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any goods.
