It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure any goods or fabric is suitable for purpose. We recommend customers order fabric samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown.
Most of our goods are made to order and if for some reason there will be a delay in the supply of these goods you will be notified and given the option to wait or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
All our fabrics are made from natural fibres and it is common for there to be slight imperfections in the weave of the cloth and occasional slubs, these are not considered a Fault.
Delivery dates supplied by us are estimates. We are not liable for the consequence of any delay. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Please note that all orders (other than samples) will need to be signed for.
